“A stunning hotel with a lot of charm and character. Quiet and peaceful. Located about out the way but staff were wonderful and friendly. Nothing was too much if you asked them for anything. A wonderful place to stop. Every meal was lovely and I would recommend the food from the stone and ivy to anyone. ”

“Bed had a spring mattress which I didn’t find too bad but my partner woke up with a bad back. There were drip marks down the walls and the shelves in the bathroom were rusty. I just think for the setting it’s in these little things just make such a difference. Just not the best rooms really. Food was delicious and the breakfast was delicious. ”

“From the moment we got to the electric barriers, we were greated by an extremely lovely, friendly and kind man who helped us. Tge receptionist was extremely customers focused, helpful friendly and accommodating. The room was amazing and spa just topped off everything making it more than a 5 Star accommodation in my eyes. ”
