“Just as advertised, the condo is very cozy, clean and close to the resort. Having fridge, microwave and coffee pot were ideal since food options at the resort are limited and not great. ”

“This is the 2nd year in a row we booked on VRBO for a condo in Lakeland Village and it did not disappoint. This studio is perfect for 2 people and had plenty of storage for clothes. The location of this particular unit is so convenient as it's near the front desk and fitness center, overlooks one of the pools and hot tubs, has an elevator in the building, excellent parking in the garage, and you can easily walk from there to stores and restaurants. The private beach is so nice and the pier is so……

“Overall the place was clean and well equipped. The location was great and easy to get in and out. Parking garage is a huge plus. We went there during the summer time and Kirkwood is beautiful, there are many great hiking trails all around. We had a great time. ”

“The property was perfect for a girl’s weekend trip. It was clean, comfortable, and updated. The amenities were useful (Kerig, small fridge, and microwave), and we loved sitting by the fire pit at night. We chose this location because it is close to the Mt. Tallac trailhead (~5 miles) and good paddle boarding beaches (Kiva & Baldwin). It was quiet and relaxing here. We made a great choice and would love to stay again in the future. Thank you!”

“This is basically a hotel room, which was fine with us. No cleaning, laundry, or taking out trash which usually happens with VRBO properties. It was clean, the carpets are definitely worn, the lock is very tricky, it took us several tries more than once. The bathroom sink doesn't drain and the dishwasher was broken. You can hear every step the people above you take. Overall it was o.k. very quiet except for the upstairs noise. Excellent location!”

“Our room was dirty. We had to call house keeping an have the sheets on the pull out bed changed. They hadn’t been sense previous occupants. There was a half used bar of soap in the shower. The roof in the kitchen had a bunch of stuff on the ceiling. I found a vape an a bunch of floss sticks on the floor behind the ottoman upstairs. The beds are pretty uncomfortable and the garbage situation is stupid. They need to figure something out about the garbage. You shouldn’t have to hike your garbage……
