“Our room was dirty. We had to call house keeping an have the sheets on the pull out bed changed. They hadn’t been sense previous occupants. There was a half used bar of soap in the shower. The roof in the kitchen had a bunch of stuff on the ceiling. I found a vape an a bunch of floss sticks on the floor behind the ottoman upstairs. The beds are pretty uncomfortable and the garbage situation is stupid. They need to figure something out about the garbage. You shouldn’t have to hike your garbage……

“The Shopkeeper's Cottage was perfect! Hidden behind the store front, you would never know this beautiful place was there! The home is very spacious and comfortable for small to large groups and perfectly located! They had everything we needed and were so nice to set up an extra bed before we arrived to for fit our party. We can't wait to come back! ”

“This place was in the perfect location and such a nice surprise with how spacious and perfect it was for our family of 6 a dog! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The only thing was that the carpets were a little dirty, the fireplace didn’t work, and the fridge wasn’t keeping items clean. Despite these things, we still really enjoyed our stay at 3 peaks. The two bedroom townhome was really great for our family and quick stay in Tahoe! ”

“What a shame to be writing this. My wife broke 2 bones in her right foot and requires surgery. She fell at the top step of the stair leading up to the loft bedroom as the bathroom is downstairs. We spoke with 3 separate people at Vacasa who didn’t want to know and offered no assistance. We tried to change to a property with a bathroom on the same floor as a bedroom but nobody was interested. The house itself was dusty. ( I have photos if anyone is interested?) The parking areas were dug up and……

“The Marriott is very central in South Lake, walking distance to everywhere. The property itself had great amenities that we enjoyed such as hot tub/pool, kids club, and gym. The studio room itself was actually a little bit bigger than we anticipated, there was plenty of room for me, my wife, our 6 year old and all of our luggage.”
