“The property was very well maintained and clean. The pool was clean and in great condition and the rooms well equipped and comfortable. The only issue was with a loud guys golf group that kept us up Friday night. Once we notified management they promptly took care of it and we had no issues the 2nd night.”

“预定了顶层套房，设施齐全，带全套厨房及洗衣设施。但housekeeping 不细致，明明是带孩子出行，需要使用沙发床，但晚上临睡前才发现没有放任何沙发床所需床品，床单被子枕头什么都没有。立即联系酒店客服，也只是送来床单和很薄的毯子，晚上睡的极不舒服。服务意识非常一般。”

“After intervention from Expedia we were refunded for this booking. We booked lake view and balcony disclosing our pet. At property, we were told that city view was for pets. The view was the parking lot. We found dirty furnishings and door damaged. We did not stay. ”

“Absolutely a great decission to stay at the Osoyoos Lakeview Inn and Suites. I chose to come here because of the rating which was spot on. This is a smaller hotel, older but right across the street from the city lake. The kitchen is small but everything we needed for a few days. The staff was so friendly, our room was spotless and the pool was an added bonus. Usually Ive found if the nightly rate is low, with others so high all around us, Id be cautious but believe me when I say...it was……
