“Overall the room was okay. It was easy to find. The bed was comfortable and the towels and sheets were clean. On the other hand, we received a message that our room would not be ready until 3 hours after our check in time. After flying all day it was not something we wanted to hear. “It was overall a good stay for what we needed! The host & support agent are excellent communicators and very prompt with replies. I’m not sure I’d recommend this space with kids (especially toddlers) because sounds don’t absorb/dampen well in the minimalist aesthetic, and we felt stressed about being quiet enough out of respect for the units around us.
