“This rental was the epitome of a perfect vacation..Picture a large well appointed cabin nestled into the side of a mountain complete with hot tub and firepit area..Then when you enter bottom cabin, its extremely well maintained interior..I can safely say I have not been this relaxed, have not slept so well in years..The best part to me though was the view, pictures cannot do it justice, it was amazing.. the closest I've felt to God and the Earth in a long time ...”

“I loved the location. It was quiet and relaxing. The only thing that i didn't like was that there was only one TV and the wifi was the greatest. The kids and i loved our stay. ”

“Greg and Jamie have a beautiful tiny home that they set up. It was a getaway we really needed and it did not disappoint. We will be there again and would recommend to anybody looking to explore beautiful hill country and wind down. ”

“Loved our stay for our 16th anniversary! Cute a-frame home with large windows that allows great natural light in. There is a hot tub on property but you have to fill, heat and drain it. We did not have time to use it. The outdoor patio was a great area to enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise and a nice glass of wine to watch the sunset. ”

“The property itself is really nice. Free internet washing dryer was a big help. It was very cosy and quiet which is what was important to me. Mickey was very communicative and helpful during the entire process. I can't recommend enough staying here. Thank tou for everything!”

“We stayed at the property for 10 days and absolutely loved it. There is a sense of peace and serenity that overwhelms you as you sit in the house and watch the deer wander by in the morning. My wife didn't want to leave! While technically a "Tiny House", we found it to be very comfortable and well designed. We even hosted Christmas Eve dinner for 8 guests (we ate outside at two table from the property) and had no problems. Which brings me to my review.... The house is very well stocked……

“I wanted the full “Cowboy Capital” experience so I booked this home with its rustic decor. Great little spot in Bandera for a solo traveler or couple, worked a day and a half remotely and the wifi was adequate. Only complaint is the size of the mini hot water heater - not enough for more than a 5 minute shower. ”

“It was probably nice at one time, but is now somewhat run down. Our oven did not work, the hall lights and outside lights did not work, no laundry facilities or cleaning (broom) supplies. Location wasgrwat”
