“Very helpful and responsive via text or email. They were very accommodating towards are large group and let us arrive early which was amazing. Beautiful place right on the ocean and very convenient to grocery, restaurants and ferry. There isn’t much of a beach but easy access into water and very shallow. Lots of water toys for the kids and adults! Like any where on the island expect bugs and ants- but they did a great job of cleaning prior.washer was convenient during our stay! ”

“Incredible huge home on the best location that Cook’s bay has to offer. We were a large group of 9 and had everything we could possible want. The A/C in all the bedrooms worked flawlessly. Everything was clean and kayak etc was available.I had just one point: I think the house is great for 4 persons because I’m not sure if there is enough “cool air” in the third bedroom.
