“Lovely country pub with loads of character. Located in a small village, in an isolated, quiet location. Warm welcome from the Land Lady and Scrappy Do. Friendly and helpful staff. Stayed two nights, room clean and comfortable with tea/coffe and TV. Free wifi, useful as there was no phone signal. Ate at the pub both nights, tasty, reasonably priced food. Recomend the Venison pie with a glass of red. Overall, an excellent stay, definately recommend. Will be staying again when back in the area.”

“Arrived in the Bar for a quick check in and a guided tour of how things worked in the room. The room was modern and clean. Large shower which worked correctly. kitchen next door with a big fridge and a carton of fresh proper milk. A kettle was provided in the room.
