“This a cute little duplex that was perfect for my stay near Duke university hospital. I was there for several weeks and had great communication with the host/owner. There were a few issues that got resolved immediately and even had a few extensions that were handled with ease. The neighborhood is a mix of incomes, generations, and ethnic backgrounds but i always felt safe and absolutley no trouble of any kind. It even has a small back yard if you want the space. One bedroom and no pull out sofa……

House was clean, mattress comfortable, nice appliances. We worked remotely during our stay, internet speed was good! Would definitely stay again.”

“This is a great location where they have converted old warehouses into apartments and Condos. Durham city center is becoming the goto place and this location is right in the middle of it. Everything was within walking distance. The place is clean, very functional and well set up. We would recommend this to anybody needing to stay in Durham for a period.”
