“We celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary at this property. It was ideal for a large group. Plenty of room for multiple families to have privacy and extra room for the teens to hang out! Picturesque location. It’s close to town but you feel like you are in the country. We didn’t leave the property. Between the waterfront, ATV, fire pit, covered porch, lush green yard and game room, everyone found something they enjoyed! We can’t wait to book again.”

“This was a great cabin to stay in. Surprisingly there was air conditioning available. The hot water is on demand so takes some getting used to, but worked great. The access to ATV trails is behind the cabin and thru the campground. A little hard to find but the individuals across the street were very helpful. The cabin came with everything you would need to cook dinner. We did bring a small grill for outside. Overall a great stay and would love to come back. ”

“We had an excellent Sunday - Thursday stay at Greg's cabin during the month of August. It was our first time renting this particular cabin, and we absolutely loved it. It was perfect for my husband and I as well as our 15yo son and 3 friends. Easy access to the trail system in Colebrook, we enjoyed riding our quads. We also rented a SXS from Bear Rock Adventures, a convenient 15-minute ride, if that, from the cabin. We food shopped before arriving in Colebrook. The kitchen had TONS of storage……

“The property was as it looked in the booking photos. Very clean the first night was 36 degrees, the cleaning folks came out and started the heat for us and were very nice. We would definitely stay again. The pond was quiet, we couldn’t swim it but plenty of other lakes in the area. Would highly recommend this place if you want peace and quiet.”

“Spectacular location right on the First Connecticut Lake. House had everything we needed: comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, kayaks, puzzles and games, grill and sunny deck. Owner was very responsive and friendly. Eould definitely stay here agsin.”
