“The cabin is very cozy and clean, maintained very well by the Property Manager. It is literally 3 minutes from Pico Mountain and no more than 15 from any part of Killington. Robert, the property manager, is very accommodating and communicative. “This little cabin nails it. Charming log-cabin decor with two comfortable beds in lofts. You can look out the skylights to the trees (and the stars) while lying in bed. The kitchen has everything you need - perhaps not ideal for cooking huge meals but great for breakfast and other basic meals. The fireplace and wood stove are huge bonuses, and Jill and John keep it stocked with everything you need to build a fire. “We had a large group for annual ski trip, the home is impeccably maintained, check in was super smooth, & the hosts were very accommodating. They have excellent recommendations along with a user friendly guide on how everything in the home works. Great communication & close to the Skyeship Lift. Only bummer was no teepee which I believe is seasonal (which makes sense otherwise full of snow) The crew would love to stay at this location next year so I highly recommended. ”

“Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us! After a period of personal crisis, getting away, far away into the woods!!, was exactly what I needed. We loved eating on the deck. The cabin was spotless. It has everything you could need. A few items for potential guests: the cabin is up several stairs. Once you are in it, it’s fine, but I know my mom would not be able to make it up and my daughter who recently had knee surgery had to take it slow. You’d want 4pm if you came in any colder……

“We had a great time at this comfortable cabin. The setting was gorgeous, with the hot tub, deck, and fire pit making it easy to hang outside. The house was spacious with comfortable beds and nice gathering spaces. It would have been more convenient to have towels provided, but we made due. The kitchen and dining area got tight for 15 of us, but again, the other spaces made up for those cozier ones. We would definitely stay there again!”

“Perfect size little cabin that was warm and dry, a perfect refuge after a week of camping! Lovely property with everything we needed, and we loved seeing the baby cows every morning. Location was great and close to many trails in the national forest. ”

“Pros: - Very responsive property management - Big house, great Vermont cabin feel - Clean bathrooms and great water pressure - Decently stocked kitchen - Beautiful location/ scenery Cons: - A bit hard to find (google maps gets confused) - We had many flies in kitchen and bedrooms - Heating issues (eventually fixed) - Access issues upon arrival (immediately fixed) - Have to remove your own trash when you leave”
