“Our family of three adults, one teenager, one 9-year-old, and a dog, spent a fabulous week at this lovely home. So much to do at the pristine, quiet lake. We loved the variety of small craft to choose from, and were delighted to watch our dog learn to swim. We grandparents are in our early 70s, and had no problem navigating the short path to the lake, or to walk into the water at the shallow sandy shore. Inside the house we had a great kitchen, comfortable beds, good WiFi and a pool table. The……

“The house was great. Very roomy, and very comfortable. My daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter live a mile away, so my brother, sister-in-law, and niece came for Christmas. It was a great location, and a very comfortable well appointed home. ”

“From the moment we entered the room smelled horrible. Even after spraying the room with disinfectant it still smelled entering each time. We had to open the sliding glass door to air out the room every time. The curtain appeared to have mold on it.The coffee table was not clean. We needed to clean it upon arrival. “Loon Retreat is a well-kept home with 4+ bedroom areas and lots of space. The kitchen has plenty of pots & pans, utencils, modern appliances and a large table able to seat our group of 10; lots of books, artwork, games, binoculars, etc. We were very happy with the large back deck, 4 kayaks & canoe and easily accessed dock and swimming area. The lake is very clean. We were disappointed that we could not bring a portable firepit for s'mores --a first in our many years of lakeside renting, and that……

“We stayed 2 nights at this lovely little house. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Plenty of room for us to spread out and relax. Very close to fun stuff Laconia. The hot tub room was perfect since we had some rain, we were still able to enjoy the hot tub.”

“Plenty of beds and driving distance to some lake towns. The one large room on the top floor has 7 beds which some people might be turned off about but it worked great for us. Beds were all very comfortable. Owner was friendly during check in ”
