“The space was perfect for our large group. Communication with property manager was great and much appreciated as we did have a few questions. The deer were VERY friendly.”

“Overall we had a great time. The house is well kept and is equipped with a lot of fun activities. The hot tub is perfect. The game room is fun for all ages. High end TVs in every room. The heat worked great. The decks are relaxing and sitting around the fire pit was a family favorite. Parking was easy and enough room for all vehicles. This property is located in a quiet area, yet close to every amenity. We would highly recommend this property.”

“Overall good experience. I would stay again and I would recommend it for the price range. We went to Jack Frost skiing and tubing for the weekend. As advertised, there are decent fees associated with cars and per person. So just keep that in mind when booking.”

“The house was everything I expected. It was clean and very comfortable. All 3 bedrooms more than adequate. Only two things to point out. There was one dish towel. If you plan to do any cooking, you may want to bring your own. All dishes are done by hand. No hand towel(s) was provided for the bathroom. Jesse communicated instructions. However, I missed the check in information at the lodge. I would suggest adding this information to the welcome packet to ensure it is written for guests.……

“The hpuse is exactly as advertised. The community has a lot of areas for activities on the premises. Communication was fantastic. ”

“Group of friends all stayed for the weekend and we were impressed by the tidy and cleanliness. The bed linens were hotel style and clean. The shower towels were neatly rolled and toilet paper stamped by a clearly professional cleaning service that had come through.Had very few “issues” such as a leaky faucet etc I made the host aware but had no impact on our stay. Host was very responsive and appreciative of all feedback.Definitely recommend.”

“The house had everything we needed for our family of 5 to be comfortable and was in a great spot with a beautiful yard to chill at the house or go hike nearby. It smelled a bit musty and we needed to take allergy meds for our dust/mold allergies BUT we loved the spot so much we didn’t care. We didn’t expect it to be new and perfect so that was fine, it was accurate to the listing. ”

“We originally planned to stay at another property, but due to a leak, the owner promptly arranged for us to stay at this property instead. We were very pleased with the accommodations and sincerely appreciated the owner’s effort in securing an alternative on such short notice.”

“Location was incredible, can see the lake across the street from the deck. Plenty of restaurants/bars/things to do nearby. House was perfect size and laid out in a way conducive to groups of friends. Check in/Check out was easy and property manager was very quick and responsive with any questions or comments. Would stay here again”

“We had a wonderful stay over Christmas week. The house is very comfortable with plenty of bedrooms and beds that were all comfortable and well maintained. Great amenities in the house with games, a hot tub, a fire pit, and we were thrilled to use all of them. Proximity to skiing, the water park, and tubing was wonderful. And the owner was highly responsive and easy to communicate with on questions during our stay. We will definitely be back!”
