We got lost on the way because the staff gave us incorrect info. Also no hair dryer in the room not very convenient. Overall I’m still happy but the check in needs improvement. ”

“Everything from start to finish was incredible! Amy's communication was superb. Once we arrived, the house was exactly as it looked in the listing, BUT BETTER! From the rain shower to the fireplace to the hot tub to the game room to the coffee maker, it was amazing! And the bed was so comfy! I couldn't have asked for a better home away from the city! “We had 8 adults and there was plenty of room. House was really nice, everything was as the listing showed. Only thing I would suggest is the walkway to the hot tub was 2 inch thick ice on a downward slope, was very dangerous. “We had a wonderful family (3 families 9 people) ski weekend and would recommend this home for many reasons. It is a 5 min drive to Big Boulder ski resort and 15min from Jack Frost ski resort. It was equipped with an EV charger, TVs in every room of the home, 2 fully equipped kitchens, pool table, and 3 Full Bathrooms a 1/2 bathroom. The host was very responsive and made sure we had all the right details. THANK YOU!”
