“Beautiful spot to land on our road trip. Wish we could have stayed longer. The master bedroom was super comfortable. The bed was nice and big and really really comfy. Just a heads up, there is a twin fold out chair in the master, a queen in the other room and a sofa (not bed) for one in the living room. The kitchen and snacks left out for us were perfect. “Our stay was absolutely perfect with no recommendations for improvement!!! The home has no air conditioning but I believe that because of the location with the trees it never ever overheated and was always comfortable and we were there in early July.. the neighbor adjacent to us without working in his yard and noticed we were perplexed about that special wood they provide for the barbecue and came over to help us... in general Hot Springs is just a small town with friendly people and a place……

“The house was adorable, very clean! The owner communicated very well. We adored the waffles and all of the fixings! That really did make the stay personal. And we appreciated that there was a very nice air mattress provided. The hot tub was very hot, 106*, but it was a nice amenity. Take off the lid and it cooled down. The only disappointment was that the master bed was terrible. The frame was extremely squeaky, so every time we rolled over we woke back up. And the white fur-like comforter……
