“this was our second stay at the Hotel Gran Playa within a year, we checked in late due to flight delays from Madrid to Alicante in the historic (el Apagon) black out in Spain the receptionist explained about the black out and no electricity no lights in our room tired and hungry from the ordeal and no bars or restaurants to go to, a lovely lady getting ready to go home after her shift I was asking where we can get something to eat offered us pizza from the kitchen i think her name is Mercy,……

“Die Anlage befindet sich in einem gutem Zustand - das über hotels.com von MYFLATS.COM angebotene Appartement enspricht LEIDER NICHT der Beschreibung. Verkauft und abgerechnet wurde ein anderes Apartment mit vollständigen Meerblick aus allen Zimmern. Nach der Buchung meldet sich MYFLATS mit einer Mail, das es leider einen Fehler im "System" gegeben hätte und deshalb das höherwertige Zimmer verkauft wurde. Man könn aber das "letzte" Apartment in der Anlage anbieten. Dies ist schlicht gelogen, da……

“This place was fantastic. It’s right on the beach and the staff are super friendly. La Mata is a great mellow town to make your home base with great restaurants and a couple markets right down the boardwalk. It’s not super fancy, so don’t expect the four seasons, but it’s a great place to stay, highly recommend. ”

“We had a nice stay at the property. We enjoyed the bar and we had an amazing dinner in the restaurant. The roomsxare a bit dated but were comfortable and clean. The pool looked great but unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use it.”

“i have always hired a car to get into town etc. i consider this a must. a good value hotel stay each time and the view to the south over the sea on an evening is splendid. a good clean beach is just a short walk away.”
