“We paid extra for “”Priviledge” Status. It was well worth it. We were able to eat at the a lacarte dining room. You should book table early. To get early seating. They also serve breakfast. Great to avoid the Buffett, although very good. Plus, there is A Priviledge room with snacks and liquor. Plus, outdoor seating area near the pool. Very worth it. They had a tour desk that was helpful. Welcome Champagne At A La Carte dining room. nightly. ”

El servicio majísimo, el restaurante con gran variedad (mi mujer es celiaca y el tema de los alérgenos lo controlan bien), las piscinas climatizadas una gozada y el personal de entretenimiento una maravilla (¡gracias Ariadna y Sergi, entre otros!). “Will definitely be back. The pools were lovely and sun loungers plentiful. Rooms were comfortable and staff couldn’t be nicer. It’s about 10 minute walk to the waterfront. The only downside is the extra charges for the tv and AC. Also there’s not much nighttime entertainment. It’s in a basement bar and there’s no real proper bar”

“Went there to celebrate my birthday and had best time! Bar staff absolutely lovely but young blonde woman on reception was very rude. But other than that I totally recommend staying there! Location is good if you want to get the steps in for the day. Lovely views from the restaurant”

“La struttura è in un contesto molto piacevole, tuttavia si incorre in alcune mancanze dettate dalla scarsa volontà e dalle abitudini di procrastinazione di alcune persone di servizio. Per esempio, in camera abbiamo soggiornato in 3 e avevamo 2 asciugamani, fatto presente al primo giorno, diverse volte hanno continuato a mettere solo 2 asciugamani. Ma questa non è la sola area di miglioramento. A pranzo qualche volta mancavano i cucchiai e richiesto hanno portato un solo cucchiaio, come se questa……
