We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”

“The property was well maintained the biggest pool was under maintenance so every one was at the kids and other pool. It was packed but not too crowded surprisingly. The entertainment nightly was amazing . They have a kids club for teenagers and younger kids that was amazing. I highly recommend for a family vacation . The food choices were endless I did only the breakfast package. They even accommodated my early morning departure and provided entry to the breakfast area. The beach access for the……

“A perfect holiday at El Mirador. The hotel staff were amazing, in particular, Paula, Patricia and Rita who went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The General Manager also personally took the time to speak to us and ensure that we services met with our expectations. The facilities were wonderful and allowed for some much needed down time. Beautiful pools, very attentive staff who were very polite and friendly and the hotel is located in the nicest part of Adeje with lots of quality restaurants and shops within easy walking distance along the beautiful sea promenade.
