“Unique “treehouse” experience. Amazing forest/mountains view. It was quite of a delight to stay in such of eco-friendly environment. Great food at the Hotel Taru restaurant. “This hotel deserves zero stars if that were an option. It was a terrible experience, and here’s why: 1. Outdated Facilities: The roof appears to have been neglected for years, and the overall condition of the facilities is poor. 2. “We’ve payed around 5000 dollars to enjoy 3 days and 2 nights, considering that we were star class, the check-in process was fine, they explained us our benefits, etc… During this period of time, the food was awful. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner is this So Cal Buffet, and the quality of the food was horrible. The food was cold, cheap, disgusting and even hard to even look at or swallow. The people next to the table even called the food ‘’ass’’. And I totally agree. The lunch menu was fine,……

“Flower with the concierge services, Nadezca and Luis Felipe at the pool bar were the shining stars for us. Nadezca remembered me and my family, always with a smile on her face, Luis very courteous as well, always helpful. Flower helped organize our airport transportation and also organized a surprise cake for our son on his 10th birthday ”
