“This apartment was so beautiful and perfect for our family. The owner responded quickly when we emailed with a question. Also, the grounds keeper, Wilson, was so nice and helpful! He was always sweeping, mopping, or cleaning the pool. He's definitely a hard worker and deserves a raise! I would highly recommend this property! Loved the location! Close to beaches!”

Our group of 8 people, 4 adults and 4 kids had so much space to spread out in. The pool was great and the outdoor patio was equally wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again.”

“Loved to be in front of the beach. The house was in very good-to-excellent condition. There was no AC in the living area and it was too hot at times. There were too many switches that took us a while to figure out. We had a great time and would go back. ”

“This property was fantastic and we absolutely loved our stay here! It was only a 10 minute walk or so to the beach which was stunning. It was homey, clean, secure, filled with wildlife, and let me just say I think I may have taken the best naps of my life on those hammocks. Ben was a fantastic host and even provided private surfing lessons for our kiddos which they absolutely adored. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! ”

“We definitely enjoyed our stay at Casa Paquita but cannot give it 5 stars since it is in need of much needed maintenance. It is unfortunate since the layout is outstanding, amazing view of ocean from pool and house, great pool, and perfect for large group. However, there were lots of ants in the house since there were major openings around doors and windows that were not sealed properly. This could be the norm in Costa Rica since it was our first time there, but we did not have these issues in……

“Villa Concha was perfect for our full wedding party during our wedding week. Everyone had their own comfortable spaces and spacious bathrooms. The kitchen, living room, and all outdoor spaces were large, clean, and a great space for everyone to hangout. The pool was great with beautiful views! The decor in all the rooms was fun and rooms were clean and comfortable. Great communication and attentiveness from the house manager and onsite contacts. Our group can’t wait to go back! ”
