We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. “For a 1* pension hotel the room I had as a solo traveller was superb ! Good sized room, sink, fridge, and balcony was just perfect. Also the property has clearly been renovated as everything appeared new and the common WC/ shower rooms are very modern with a very hot power shower. Raphael and Carlos keep the property spotlessly clean and do a great job. I highly recommend Pension Alcala, but its best to try and book a room with a balcony ”

“das zimmer war sehr schön und gross. leider war kein Kingsize bett enthalten sondern zwei einzelne Betten die schnell auseinander gleiten. die Lautstärke von schreienden Kindern und dem benachbarten Hard Rock Hotel waren manchmal störend. Das Personal war stets höflich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück war auch ausserordentlich sehr früh möglich. mir fehlte eine schuhbürste da die Insel sehr staubig ist.”

“A perfect holiday at El Mirador. The hotel staff were amazing, in particular, Paula, Patricia and Rita who went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The General Manager also personally took the time to speak to us and ensure that we services met with our expectations. The facilities were wonderful and allowed for some much needed down time. We would definitely recommend this hotel.”
