“Place was clean, but that is about it. amenites advertized were not accessible, thye double charges us: charges us for the stay as well as what we paid, then accused of stealing a table, leaving "poop" behind, (which we did not do either charges us $400.00 additional cleaning) charges us for a key that was returned, and we were there for less than 4 days...”

WiFi worked well, easy walking access to farmer's market, shops, restaurants, and lake. If I need a place to stay the next time I visit Oakland, I'll be checking first to see if this rental is……

“Perfect studio for visiting Alameda. Very close to Park street so you can walk to cafes and restaurants easily. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and felt very cozy and welcoming. Hosts were totally accommodating without being overbearing. Their onboarding/arrival guides are somehow on the level of major modern hotel chains and provides all any any information you might need. 10/10, would stay again! ”
