“We stayed at this house with three adults and two children. There was plenty of room and beds for everyone, the house was clean and the community was very nice. There’s a large shopping center with restaurants and a grocery store within a two minute drive from the house. There is also a community pool that was easy to access. Garage parking is included with the rental which was great. Communication with the owner was very easy also. If we come back to the area, I would definitely book this house……

“This is a wonderful property. There were 9 people in our group, and we were more than comfortable. The house is spacious and well furnished. Everything we needed was provided by the owner. Our favorite part was the backyard. It really added to the overall experience.”

“The condo was fantastic (lots of stairs 3 stories) beds very comfortable overall a good place. The surrounding were a little scary lots of homeless but condo in a gated place with a garage behind the property & safe. ”

“Good - several items not up to expectations (air conditioning not central and units in adequate - was very hot). Sink in 1 bathroom wouldn't drain making it not usable. Dishwasher broken.”

“We booked this property on fairly short notice after another reservation was canceled on us, and we felt fortunate to find such a nice spot to be our home base for our daughter's dropoff for her first year at UC Berkeley. The safe and beautiful location was ideal for our last-minute Target/Ikea/etc. runs and it was easy to get DoorDash and enjoy home meals with the gorgeous view. We also had some nice meals out, especially dinner at Lake Chalet on Lake Merritt and lunch outdoors at Broderick……

“Very clean. One of the few places where a cat is welcome. Quiet. Free laundry with soap provided! Kitchen has full size fridge and is well stocked with staples. Friendly & helpful host who went the extra mile with excellent communication throughout our stay.”
