“We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights and had a great experience. We had stayed in the deluxe family suite with balcony and sea view. The property was new and the amenities provided were great .We were a little early for the tourist season but the staff made sure we were looked after personally. “The road is only small, but we were able to find a parking space. Best to arrive and depart early or late to avoid traffic. The hotel is on the sea front. We didn't have a sea view, but the balcony was still nice. Room was clean and bright. Comfortable bed, hot shower. Lovely walking out the hotel onto the promenade for a stroll in the evening. Breakfast was fabulous, care is taken over it every day. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. We stayed 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time……

“There is a lot to like about this place. The rooms are clean and modern. The hotel has great views across the bay. The breakfast was quite good. The hotel is located with easy walking distance of the centre. Now, the not-so-good: (1) the service was slightly disorganised. As an example, the front desk insisted I hadn't paid for the room and charged me again. I then had to argue about it and have the transaction reversed. It was an honest error by them, but inconvenient and unnecessary. (2)……

“Hotel jaroal is a very nice, clean and beautiful hotel with hard working staff. We had a very nice stay there, but were a little surprised about Sarandë that is really crowded. The hotel itself is a nice and quiet place, but bars and hotels in the neighborhood play very loud music, which unfortunately sometimes affects the nice atmosphere in the hotel. ”
