“First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well. Second, I’m a VIP member of Hotels.com, and the website clearly stated that this hotel would provide VIP……

“This location was absolutely amazing. A true hidden gem to stay in if you visit San Francisco. The area is truly so peaceful. Parking was safe and easy on the streets, we just had to move our car a couple of times per traffic rules. The staff was so kind, Stace was very helpful with suggesting places to visit, the breakfasts everyday were a fantastic way to start off our adventures. This place felt very much like a home.
