“This house was one of the best houses we’ve stayed in. It was very clean and comfortable for my family of five. In a great location! We fished and crabbed off the back dock. There’s a small beach and a long pier at the end of the development. There were plenty of dishes and appliances in the kitchen. The only issue we had was that the bedding was not all available when we got there even though the listing says bedsheets are provided. I messaged the host and he was unaware that it was missing but……

“The house was perfect for our group, and you simply cannot beat the view and location. I have rented countless shore houses and this was the first time sheets - already on the beds! - and bath towels were provided. Very nice touch. All bathrooms/showers were very clean and everything worked well. The kitchen was easy to work in, with large windows and doors to take in the view. The one feature I missed was an umbrella table for coffee on the upper deck in the morning. Communication was……

“A perfect location to easily get to the beach, restaurants, boardwalk and everything else Seaside Park has to offer. Michael and the Breezy team were very attentive throughout our stay and check in and check out couldn't have been easier.The house was the perfect size for a family and everything was comfortable with great amenities for a longer stay. We would happily stay again!”

“Adorable and comfy beach house with off street parking in a nice neighborhood. It was supplied with paper goods, 2 beach passes & beach towels, and even linens and bath towels! My only disappointment was that the kitchen was sparsely supplied despite the listing stating it was fully equipped. So, I was unable to cook anything except microwaveable food. “Great family getaway! This house was magnificent. Plenty of room for all of us. The front porches were our go-to !! The Viking appliances made it a dream kitchen to cook in. Bedrooms and bathrooms very spacious. The elevator made it possible for my 90 year old mom to join us!! The game room was a bonus! We are a game family! We had a fantastic week full of sunshine and daily beach time. Great morning walks for sunrise. A vacation my family is still talking about. Cannot wait to plan our next……

“Property was as described. The street is nice, but the surrounding neighborhood is undesirable. The place was clean, and the owners have done many updates-new appliances, new furniture, nice bedding, A/C, landscaping, fire pit, etc. The kitchen cabinets need to be updated (or cleaned). It is a very homey, comfortable house and was perfect for our needs.”
