“It was a nice, safe place. The view from the patio was nice. The lawn on the golf course was well taken care of. The squirrels were definitely entertaining. The stay was comfortable. The property had a few issues mostly small things. The patio door was hard to open which could be difficult for older occupants. The HVAC unit is on the porch which was a little loud since it is right outside the bedroom. We would stay there again. Parking was good which is great compared to many places. ”

“The condo was clean and everything was good. The only thing was we were surprised by is the listing says “fully stocked kitchen”. We assumed this meant at least coffee and salt and pepper. Otherwise it was an excellent spot. ”

“David was great to work with. We had a small issue when we got to the property, but it was quickly taken care of. The condo was in a great location and we enjoyed the extras like the gym and pickleball courts. The description was mostly as described. It looks like they are making some improvements/upgrades to the condo which will be nice, but meant things were a bit different that the photos online. Not a big difference, but different. If you go I think you will have a great time.”
