“This was the perfect place for our family of 5 to stay for our trip to Glacier. We loved the house and the outdoor space. We all enjoyed playing with the sweet dogs on the property. “We had the best time in Whitefish at this chalet. Beautiful view. Very nice, clean property. We had everything we needed to cook meals at the home. We did not rent a car. We bought groceries on the in from the airport, and door dashed the rest. Base lodge and multiple chair lifts were a very short ski ride down a small hill. We utilized the snow bus to go into town, and Ubers were also easy to get. Two families of five (6 children total) had a very comfortable, fun stay. And there was still……

“A true ski in ski out! Beautiful views of mountain and very tastefully decorated. Very comfortable accommodations. The only complaints I had was there were no large serving utensils (soup ladle, slotted spoon etc) and the parking garage keypad didn't work quite often so I had to get out of my car and go through a door to open from inside. "Everyone, beware! This hotel is a scam. I booked a room for three of us through Expedia. When we arrived at around 9:00 pM, the front desk clerk rudely told me they only had rooms for two and I needed to book another room. I had already paid on the website. My phone had no signal, and when I tried to connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi, it wasn't working, so I couldn't prove I'd paid. I paid about $134, but the hotel only said I paid about $73 and needed to book another room. They asked for more money. After about five minutes of talking, they angrily said they were closed and kicked me out. I later contacted Expedia and emailed the hotel, but they didn't respond. They also didn't answer my phone calls. The last time they answered, they said I was already checked in. This was my first time encountering a scam hotel in the US. Be careful when booking with this hotel, and check other people's reviews online.MOTEL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY！！！！"
