“The property was in a good location, however it needs to be renovated. I went since I was recommended, otherwise I would have preferred other hotels. The staff were very good- the only plus point of this hotel.”

“The property doesn't match the description given in Expedia. There is no lake view, no living room inside the room. The business studio suite opens up in a kitchen and then leads to the room. Hotel is clean but the area around is surrounded by buildings. You cannot remove the curtains of the room because of the privacy concerns as the other buildings are very close to the property. ”

“Misleading. Room did not match with online description. Dusty and mosquito ridden. I was going to stay there for 4 nights but checked out right after 1st night. I would not recommend this hotel. ”

“Not bad. But they claim to charge extra for pool usually, and the pool area has no privacy or maintenance, or a place to relax, it's dirty too and people from neighborhood buildings keeps starring, which is quite uncomfortable. They don't have room service after 4 / 5 pm, which can also be inconvenient. And have told us "no guests will be allowed to visit" even after taking a suite. The quality of service is quite poor, compared to what they charge.”

“Hotel location is at vip area of dhaka.. Room has carpeted floor which i don't prefer in hot places.. food is good..”
