“We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. “We had an issue with our first rental (ac went out twice) the staff was extremely accommodating and moved us to an upgraded room, Erika at the front desk was absolutely amazing along with Chantel and Jess.
