“Dålig information om allt, vi fick gå med altl bagage 230 meter p.g.a. vägarbete. När vi kom till receptionen och skulle checka in så fick vi en kortnyckel utan den lilla pappersfickan där man normalt skriver in rumsnummer, tur att man inte har alzheimers sjukdom. Väl till rummet så fick vi inte havsutsikt som vi hade bokat, tillbaka till receptionen och få ett rum med havsutsikt.
