“I am a senior lady traveling alone and felt very safe. The area was well lighted at night. The room (king) was quaint and more than satisfactory. The best part was the bed (and even the pillows). Not sure the brand ( I tried to find out :>). I slept so well - I have back issues and this was the best I've slept in months. I walked into downtown (Salida) every morning... 1.7 miles (downhill :>) I would definitely stay here again. It is right on Rainbow (the hwy) but it is a 'motor hotel' -……

I felt very fortunate to have been able to book it for my dates. Note: I've had multiple 5 star short term rentals, 2 of which we in the top 5 of a major US city.
