“First want to thank Todd for being a great host. Came all the way from Atlanta Ga for my best friend’s birthday. We had an amazing time super close to my bestie house and the back yard was small but great for both of my babies(Dogs). Also the house was nice everything look just like the pictures. “The cottage was clean and quaint. We had room to store our boat with trailer and truck in the driveway. Using the boat ramp was easy and a close walk! Our 6 year old loved the front porch swing and the backyard had a lovely hammock! The area was very quiet but also close to town. The bedroom is a great size and the bed was comfortable. In the backyard you can watch planes coming in and it was very relaxing in the hammock. Kitchen was well stocked, but could use a pizza cutter!Thanks Richard for……

“We were in town for a wedding at a local venue and stayed at this house. We enjoyed our stayCould not have asked for more... Inside was very clean, and we loved the game room/ bar area. Great communication. Only issue was a red wasp nest under the gutter by the front door. Simple fix with some soapy water. ”

“Perfect house for our family! Clean, spacious, so many amenities and pet-friendly. Grandkids loved the pool and the kids room (video games were a huge hit). Nice big bathrooms with modern features (amazing walk-in shower in one). Large lot with ample parking. Nice neighborhood (we saw deer!) and we felt safe and secure while there and away at a wedding. Property owners were SO gracious and eager to make our stay a wonderful one…which it was. Highly recommend! ”

“We were in Dallas to meet my daughter for wedding dress shopping. The house was perfect for two famlilies coming together to meet. The house was beautiful and the amenities were perfect. I would definitely stay here again. Additionally the check in process was easy and had great communication with the host. ”

“This house was a great spot for our 32 year reunion. The house had everything we needed for home cooked meals, quiet neighborhood and the beach (fabulous!) was an 11 minute drive. Communication with Sarah was quick and responsive. ”

“Really great experience! Property was clean and exactly like the listing. My family (4 kiddos: 10months to 11 years old) needed a home base while we visited grandma and grandpa. This was perfect! Spacious and well stocked with kitchen gear. We'd prepare lunch here and then have dinner with my parents. Owner was easy to reach with any questions. And great location...near Old Town Lewisville and its shops and the major roads (i-35 and 121). Loved our stay!”
