“Home is AMAZING! Area is beautiful! Information you need to know: a very limited amount of towels are provided (maybe 8 towels are there), and there are no toiletries, except for some toilet paper. We had to buy towels after we got there. There are some things that need to be fixed (loose faucet in mid-level bathroom, door knob to the bunk room came off), but overall, I would love to stay there again!!! “We stayed here for a month and loved this place and had a very comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again. “My son and I went to Lake Dallas for a wedding and stayed at the, " Lake Dallas Guest Trottage ". The home was very clean and welcoming. There were many amenities provided for our comfort. Immediately, upon our arrival, there was communication from the owners to let us know how they could be reached if we needed anything. There are a few restaurants close by and an Albertsons within a couple of miles. I recommend this cozy little cottage by the lake.”

“Overall a great stay while visiting Frisco. The Colony was convenient and close to so many places. Grocery stores and both target and Walmart nearby. Easy access to the interstate. The home was comfortable enough with a nice open layout with a bigger kitchen!”

“This little houseboat was so cute. Everything worked as expected. It was so romantic to be able to sit on the back of the boat and fish all night with my wife. Everything was perfect. Everyone we meet was so nice. If I had only one recommendation if you stay on this boat, take you a bed topper or something, it wasn’t a very thick mattress. The second night we slept a lot better. But we will definitely be back. I think this is going to be a favorite place to spend time and making memories. Also……

“We loved staying in Diana's Studio! It was so peaceful and private and a relaxing way to spend the night after a busy weekend and before our flight home. The Studio is perfectly decorated, and I loved the view of the lake from the comfy bed. The bathroom spacious and perfect and the kitchen was fully stocked. Parking was easy and convenient right next door, the deck was wonderful and Diana responded so quickly whenever I sent a quick note. I wish we could have stayed longer. ”
