“Friendly staff”

“We loved our stay at the Luna. The owner was waiting for us when we arrived, carried our bags to our rooms and made us feel most welcome. The room we stayed in had a beautiful view and the bed was very comfortable. It was quite warm when we arrived and the individually controlled air conditioner kept the room the perfect temperature. The location is great as we walked from the train station, it is right across the street from the beach, above the delicious Luna restaurant and next to the……

“Der telefonische Erstkontakt erfolgte zügig, und es wurde die Schlüsselübergabe besprochen. Die Reinigungskraft ist echt super. Sie ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilft immer, wenn man sie braucht. Leider waren alle Parkplätze besetzt und die Abstände dazwischen waren ziemlich gross. Wir mussten deshalb in der Nacht die Hotelgäste wecken.”
