“This place was nice and cozy. Very quiet, it's very comfortable! I will definitely be staying when I come through the area again! ”

“It is a delightful, rustic (but not too rustic), cabin in the woods. Very clean and very well stocked. The kitchen had everything you might need, tons of board games, furniture and beds were comfy. Lots of option for enjoying the lake including an operation vintage pontoon. Sunsets were beautiful from the deck and the screen porch. It was 45 minutes to an hour from Bemidji, Brainerd, and Itasca state park. Hackensack is 15 minutes away. Really couldn't ask for more. It is everything it says……

“Beautiful and peaceful lake and location. Very cute, cozy and clean cabin. Kayaking the creek to Eagle Lake is a must! Fun lake to swim and fish. Owners are easy to reach and respond in a timely manner. We really enjoyed our time as a family here! ”

“This place is amazing. The cabin is great and well stocked with everything you could need. We enjoyed the two kayaks, canoe and row boat. We caught a lot of fish, and big fish (27 inch Walleye, 16 inch Largemouth) - and put them all back for you! Very close to everything to do in Nisswa and Brainerd. If you are looking for a great place in Central MN, this is the spot. ”

“It was perfect for a much needed "sister getaway" weekend. Host did a good job of keeping us informed of policies and procedures and was in contact when needed. The deck overlooking the lake was awesome. Heard the loons every morning and watched the swans every day. The hide-a-bed had a super comfortable mattress. We were hoping to make a fire in the fire pit outside and/or the fireplace inside but never did - just ran out of time. Would love to come again and stay at least one more full……

Lots to do in neighboring towns (mini golf, little shops, mystery maze) The cabin itself was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend! ”
