“We barely left the property, it was so beautiful to sit on the terraces and look out at the sea. Checkin was easy, Gaetano showed us the property and got us settled. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Gaetano is very responsive to questions and needs.”

“Abseits vom Trubel ein kleines Paradies, Schirmpinien und Korkeichen im Garten, familiär und nicht zu perfekt. Wir haben es genossen.”

“Wir haben unseren 11-Tages-Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Pamela ist eine sehr sympathische Person und auch Herr Romeo ist ein toller Gastgeber. Das Haus ist einfach wunderschön und der erste Eindruck war "wow". Den grünen Garten und Pool haben wir auch ausgiebig genutzt. (wird täglich am Morgen gereinigt). Die Lage des Hauses ist gut gelegen und man erreicht die nötigen Läden / Supermercato, Restaurants in kurzer Distanz (Fahrrad oder Auto). Auch das schöne Hafen-Städtchen Terracina ist……

“Siamo stati 15 giorni con la mia famiglia. Per chi ama il Circeo questa villa è incantevole. La posizione a 300 metri dal mare, super spaziosa, una cucina grande e attrezzata. Infine uno splendido parco che circonda la proprietà. La casa è arredata con cura, il che lo rende un posto da vivere e rispettare. Padroni di casa gentilissimi e super disponibili. Torneremo sicuramente , scelta top.”

“We had a group of 11 stay at Villa Mariani. The host Kim was fantastic as was Sylvia and the whole crew. The place is a fantastic sitting up in the hills overlooking the town of San Felice Circeo. The driveway getting up to the place gave us a little pause but once you are up there it’s unreal. I’d definitely get a car and Kim and team were great and had one delivered to us. We did the walk into the village and it’s very doable. There is some elevation so may not be ok for some but our whole……

“Great find for a 2 night stay off the beaten path for 4 adults and 5 children ranging from ages 3-12. Clean property. Easy check in/out. Owner/property manager was friendly and welcoming. Reminded us of a rustic villa you might find in Hawaii or parts of Southern California. All the rooms except 1 had AC, which was great. The best part, however, was the proximity to a 6KM beach only 5 minutes away. Cheap public parking (1 Euro per hour) and soft sandy beach with large sections of free access.……
