“The staff in the hotel is really nice. But I didn't expect the noise of airplane is so loud and the vehicle noise from street is loud too. The sound insulation can be improved. ”

“We should up at 2am. The lady, only person working front desk, took 4 calls and checked in 3 people in a very timely manner. I was a but concerned about parking in the back bu5 then saw there were multiple entry points and I didnt have to walk far to get inside. In the morning i also noticed the backparking lot had only one entrance and very safe. The bed was super comfy but the air vent was loud so we unplugged it. Plans changed and it would have been nice if i could have moved the……

“The room is a total disaster. Broke and battered. Worst Scenario ever faced! Nightmare! Broken everything, the drapes, the electric wall plug were without surface plates exposing the socket , only one socket works out of 2! The shower slide door won’t slide, walls were dirty with lumpy paint tears down the wall. Furniture were aged and dirty and shinny from aged grease rubbing on it. Fabric were vintage and old. Flooring was dull and old . Insufficient lighting. Worst if worst experience!”
