“Lovely house and room, super clean, and amazing view of lake Lucille. Definitely stay here instead of Anchorage, especially if you're renting a car. Good breakfast, comfortable bed, extra kitchen downstairs in case you need to make something, highly recommend and will be coming back.”
“Read the other reviews on this property and set your expectations. It’s a budget friendly option. Looking for a hot shower, flushing toilet and a bed - you’ve got it. Rooms are upstairs from the bar so you’ll hear the music until 10 PM. Not an issue if you’re in the bar which has a very cool vibe to include the play lists. There’s a separate restaurant section for non-drinkers.Good surveillance - door locks are dated but functional. The staff is warm, friendly and certainly add to the magic.”
“This house was exactly as advertised. The master with the en suite was fabulous. Access to a washer and dryer was absolutely key.
Kitchen was fully stocked equipment wise with a ninja blender, toaster etc. (No air fryer - that would have been an extra bonus).
Minor issues:
- drawers sticking in fridge and freezer
- shampoo and conditioner provided was a great perk, I just wish it was slightly higher quality (dove or Pantene prov would be a step up).
