“Quiet setting great location!!”

“My husband and I stayed at this cottage for 3 weeks in March and it worked great for us. It’s very comfortable and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Emily is a great host with excellent communication skills and provided extras such as coffee pods, milk, yogurt, bottle of wine, dish soap, etc. We loved the location, walkable to downtown and close to highways for exploring the area. I highly recommend this property. ”

“This place was darling! It was perfect for my husband and I to stay a long weekend while we toured around the area. It was very clean and cozy. We made breakfast every day and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The bed was super comfortable and we had plenty of towels (always a bonus in my book). The street is very quiet and secluded, yet close enough to everything that the wine tour we booked was able to pick us up right at the house. There are lots of windows and I was surprised at……

“Great location. Clean.. Great communication with property manager. The problem is that the second bedroom is really the attic, and even with window AC was 10 degrees hotter than first floor. Also colder at n ight so in warmer months this could potentially be a problem.”

“Loved everything Ellen was very accommodating ,pleasant and polite As well as professional The furnishings were very up scale and same style as my home One suggestion The tv should be more accessible so it does not block AC when pulled out from the wall I’m not being critical because I love this place. “What a lovely little property! The location was great and a very short drive into town and close to many wineries. We spent every morning sitting out on the cute patio drinking coffee and listening to the birds under the beautiful trees. And it was the best stocked house we have ever stayed in! Great selection of spices for cooking and all the other essentials. Fantastic!”

“The house itself was very nice and the owner was very communicative for the most part. Outside of that, we unfortunately had a very negative experience as the location of the house was over 2.5 miles from town (Where the listing had shown it to be) which resulted in us being stranded in town on the final night of our stay. This difference was material, and the location was the sole reason we booked it as we anticipated transportation being difficult and had a busy weekend of wedding events……

Bring your bug stuff so that you can enjoy the charming and peaceful outdoor space, and enjoy the great location close to wineries and just a short drive from Windsor & Healdsburg hot spots. We would happily stay again!”
