“We had a lovely stay here for 4 nights. The room was spacious, clean and well presented. The room overlooked the garden and the views were stunning. The bed was really comfy too. The food was wonderful and the staff were very friendly and chatty. We found it very easy to travel around as it is near to the major roads. We will definitely stay again.”

“A B&B that I will definitely stay again whenever I visit St. Austell. Warm, cozy and great location (it only takes less than 5 mins walking distance from St. Austell station, 10 mins walk to town centre) it's like going home as owner was friendly and warm, deco was warm and lovely, and most of all, home cooked and wide choice of breakfast was magnificent. I believe it is the worthiest place to stay with all these and amazingly low pricing charged. Big thumb up and highly recommended.”

“Our room has the best view looking out to the beautiful Gyllngvase Beach and it is just around 8 mins walk to it. Nice breakfast and staff, room is clean and have everything you need. Town centre is also within walking distance.”
