“Clean ”

“Quieter hotel than most because it is not the typical cheap flimsy construction. The bed was comfortable. It is a nice room particularly if you are staying longer. There was a funky smell in the room but was better when I turned on the air. I guess the hotel allows pets. Maybe it is a pet odor. The night front desk person was not impressive. Was watching tv when I went there with a request. Did not greet me. Did not ask if she could help. Barely spoke and after helping, went back to the tv. On……

“They were overbooked and failed to provide the room I booked at check in. Turned me away to another hotel nearby but took nearly an hour to do it. Expedia was contacted and put the line on hold without any help to resolve the situation.”

“This Hotel or Motel if you call it that, was completely disgusting and the facility is unsafe, the door to my room didn’t even close the entire way, my room was never cleaned on or were fresh towels and linen delivered to my room even when I went to the front desk and requested my room be cleaned and fresh towels be delivered. The area is completely unsafe and the room was not as advertised whatsoever, no one should stay here ever! I am ashamed this listing is represented by your company!”
