“This property is in a private neighborhood right off the water. It’s a short walk to the public access where you will find an amazing rocky beach to explore. There are some improvements that can be made to improve the function of the house but overall it is a great place for families to get together. The kids loved the theater room. ”

“The home was nice but it could have been cleaner. The edges where the walls hit the floors in the bathrooms needed a good scrubbing. Also the window edges in the sun porch were very dirty. The coffee maker was left dirty and full of grounds. The giant trash can in the kitchen was unnecessarily large and a little stinky. The views of the lake were awesome though.”

“The house had all the things you need to make it a comfortable stay. Everything was very clean and nice! The location was perfect, close to everything, but still a quiet street. The only complaint we had was that there should be ceiling fans in every room. Without Central Air, it got very warm in there and ceiling fans would have helped. ”

“My husband and two young children stayed here for a long weekend trip to Caseville. Everything was perfect...the house was pristine when we arrived, and just as listed. Modern and cozy. The spacious master bath was probably my personal favorite feature. There were plenty of pleasant surprises that made our stay even better, such as the marshmallow roasting sticks (for smores), beach towels and beach chairs. I loved the rustic feel of the back yard...the trees behind the home added a level of……

This was the perfect place for hosting a gathering! There was ample space for food prep and plenty of room for guests to hang out, play games, and enjoy the beautiful weather. “Our Girl’s Get Away at this beautiful beachfront home was absolutely perfect. This home is extremely clean, roomy and has EVERYTHING we needed. “It was a great get away weekend for us. The beach access was great, beautiful sunrise photos! 60% sand, 40% rocks. The house was perfect for us. Cozy, senior-pet and toddler friendly because it only had a few steps. Nothing fancy about the house, but that’s what we wanted. Could use some renovations (outlet in kitchen didn’t totally work, window A/C unit, new pull-out bed couch) Overall, reminded me of the old hunting cabins turned rentals we would stay in way up north.
