“We love this cozy cottage, it’s a perfect get away. It’s adorably decorated, there’s comfy furniture in every room and the location and views are wonderful. This is our 3rd stay and it’s become a tradition. I’m sure the summer months are wonderful but we like the quiet walks with very little traffic and we get the beach all to ourselves. The year round neighbors are wonderful. Our pup likes all the walks, there are beautiful cottages, too. It’s a lovely neighborhood. The restaurants are great.……

“I’ve stayed in a lot of rental properties over the years and this one left me breathless. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s meticulously clean. The location is within perfect proximity to Lexington. We drove into town all but one day to get our morning coffee and the ride was only 5 mins. The view is unbeatable. The yard and outdoor space is beautiful. Our dog LOVED being able to run around and even got to make friends with the local celebrity - George the cat. The home itself is tiny as……

“Justin's property on the water is the perfect spot for a small family's weekend getaway to explore the island! My boys fished, rode bikes and used their scooters. We were able to keep our 23ft powerboat on the backside of the cottage with ease. Plenty of space for truck and trailer on the property. The cottage had all of the essentials covered and more. Justin was an excellent host! My son forgot his pole, Justin dropped one off for him to use. He helped resolve a significant issue with our……
