“The property appears as listed. Great cabin in proximity to the Woodstock Museum and campus in Bethel Woods NY. There was a lot of rain during the stay that seemed to drive some large black ants inside. Apparently this is normal for this area. The ants were slightly annoying but acceptable given that we were in a rural area enjoying a rustic cabin on a wooded area. Absolutely loved the stay there. Went to the Bethel Woods museum and learned so much about the Woodstock Festival that happened in……

“The hosts were bery helpful, the property could have been alot cleanier as well as inside the home. There were spider webs, all corners and behind furniture was not clean and extrenely dusty. The outdoors can really use a clean up as well as some bug control, there were a ton of bugs. We walked around with no socks and our feet were black after 5 minutes. Overall it was nice, there is absolutley no service for 30 minutes each way. Listing could be alittle more accurate. We thought we”

“Irene's house is a total gem. It is so secluded - truly no other houses anywhere near it. There's a ton of cool features, like two BBQ grills, a fire pit, an awesome patio, and the interior of the house is well laid out as well, with several beds and two separated hangout areas. Communication with Irene was simple and seamless, always swift responses when we had questions. Finally, the location is really optimal. “We really enjoyed our stay here. Our family does a yearly family vacation and when we are somewhere we take day trips to surrounding areas. We were able to let my step daughter see her grandparents on her mom’s side who she hadn’t seen in years. We also took a train into the city. It was nice to be able to come back to the quiet of this little place to relax and get ready for the next day. If we return to New York we definitely will look at staying here again. ”

“It was a magical Father’s Day weekend at the lake cabin. I surprised my husband so he can go fishing on the lake and he had a blast. We traveled with our 14 month old baby and it was a great place for him as well. The living room is large and open and he was able to run around and play with his toys. The cabin was super clean and accommodating, perfect for our family of three. The view is beautiful and calming. Communication with the host was fast. I give it 5 stars! ”

“We stayed at this retreat in the woods for a 3 day concert run at Bethel Woods. It was clean, quite & close to the venue. The yard was huge and we spent lots of time at the fire pit. Our favorite beach on the Delaware River was only 12 minuets away so we spent our days river side. Plenty of parking and the host was very helpful with our questions. We will definitely be rebooking!”
