“This cabin is truly a hidden gem. Nestled on 45 private acres and right beside stunning waterfalls, it’s the most relaxing and peaceful place I’ve ever stayed. Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple looking to completely unplug and unwind. The large deck overlooks the falls, and there’s a separate spot down a short path with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs—pure magic. “We stayed at this retreat in the woods for a 3 day concert run at Bethel Woods. It was clean, quite & close to the venue. The yard was huge and we spent lots of time at the fire pit. Our favorite beach on the Delaware River was only 12 minuets away so we spent our days river side. Plenty of parking and the host was very helpful with our questions. We will definitely be rebooking!”

“We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Even through a few hiccups when we first arrived with the heating, being able to have quick communication with the hosts was a huge plus for us. We woke up to fresh snow and just an absolutely cozy day ahead in the cabin, plus midday a snowplow came down to the property and cleared a path for us - those details meant so much to us! “The house was beautiful,spacious luved the game room. The house was located within short distances to whatever we wanted to do. The only criticism we have is that there wasn't to many cooking utensils we wanted to make breakfast but didn’t have a frying pan etc. Understandabley if your still learning the process of renting your well on your way and good luck in the future.”

“We absolutely loved Debra's place! It was the perfect setting for a weekend getaway. The cabin was well adorned and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the amazing Lake Wallkill community. We felt like we were immersed in nature but at the same time we're close to Mountain Creek resort for biking and many stores/great restaurants. “This is a great property, and Marcus was a wonderful host. They have done a lot of landscaping since purchasing the house last fall and it was wonderful to sit on the deck. We were fortunate to have great weather except for one rainy day. As others have noted, the kitchen is small, and the dishwasher is only half size. While it was great to sleep in the loft among the trees, there is no bathroom up there, in case you have to go in the middle of the night. Also, no privacy if your family and……

“Property is a little dated. Floors were rickety, I'm sure the neighbor beneath was annoyed. Beds were uncomfortable and the pillows flat. The biggest concern was when we learned the water in the neighborhood is not is non potable. That's partly my fault for not reading the entire manual before arrival but to then expect your guests to have pick up additional water for coffee, cooking, brushing your teeth, and for hydrating that kind of makes for a less than desirable experience. Fire pit looks awesome but didn’t get to use. On a scenic road along the Delaware, 10 mins to port jervis restaurants and bowling alley memory lanes.
