“Our stay was wonderful. The fire pit and hot tub made our evenings after hiking extra enjoyable. The place was extremely clean and spacious. We travelled with three kids and a dog. I was expecting a little larger grass area, but our kids did not seem to mind. The lawn was a little long and the trash was full when we arrived. Neither affected our stay or our opinion. We liked the privacy of the location. However, once you leave the rental, plan on being out for a little while (it is a little……

“My husband and I stayed for a long weekend for our anniversary. Everything was excellent from start to finish! The house is exactly as shown in the pictures and was the perfect little getaway for us. It's set back in a quiet area of the community, but you're still only about 20mins away from a ton of stuff to do in the area. Communication with the host was always quick and easy and she always responded right away. We had a wonderful weekend and will definitely be booking again the next time……

“We had an Absolutely perfect weekend stay. From an easy contactless checkin to a very clean home even the hot tub/spa and grill. The air was on when we arrived and the tub was warm the 1 neighbor across the road was so pleasant even the deer loved him. Would highly recommend for a couples getaway ”

“The listing, if anything, undersells the quality and cleanliness of the property. Spacious, well-appointed rooms, comfortable locations for cooking, movie watching, or conversations by the fire. The hosts could not have been more gracious, and everything was clear and easy to locate. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make a large, complicated dinner and then spent a great night eating it by the fire (they even gave us firewood!) “Great spot with river view, lovely wooden interior for cozy cabin feel. Wood stove for a nice evening by the fire, but modern heating. Well appointed kitchen. Hot tub fantastic. Fire pit looks awesome but didn’t get to use. On a scenic road along the Delaware, 10 mins to port jervis restaurants and bowling alley memory lanes. Milford worth the trip, great Main Street walkable shopping. Raymondskills falls was cool. Nice owners very easy to communicate. To turn the shower on, pull the little knob……

“If you're looking for a quiet getaway in the mountains with a spectacular view, this is it. Our family of five plus our dog stayed here for a week in late April and we had a fabulous time bonding. We made use of the fire pit, the deck overlooking the river, the hot tub, and I used the writer's shed to write and do a little work. It was a very peaceful setting. If you enjoy absolute isolation and simply taking it slow to enjoy time with family or just as a personal getaway, we highly recommend……
