“Absolutely gorgeous property, with one of the best yards any of us have ever seen. Close to town, hiking trails, and highways, but felt private and so peaceful. We were a group of writing friends using a long weekend as a mini retreat to get some work done, and had a wonderful stay. We hope to return as soon as life lets us! ”

“My friends and I will usually rent a cabin at nice a year or so, mostly staying in the Poconos or Catskills. We found this location on VRBO and loved it. The treehouse was a cool addition, made for some good pictures. The backyard was a good size and had a nice-sized fire pit and plenty of wood. The rooms were a good size, we all slept comfortably, and everything was very clean. The owner of the location was very easy to converse with and communicated well without being overbearing. I would 100%……

“The property was gorgeous, had plenty of room, and was very cozy. We cooked some great meals using the well equipped barbecue and kitchen, enjoyed the scenery, and made good use of the ping pong table and poker set. The check in and out process was seamless. 10/10”

“Stocked with everything we needed. Outside could use some cleanup, however, it’s been raining forever. I think the pictures made it look like the creek was right there by the patio but it is across the dirt road down a bank. Not far at all to walk to the spot that is in pictures. I did have to fold sheets that were in the dryer and take a load out of the washer and dry & fold also as soon as i got there, the washer and dryer were still running when we arrived. “Overall the stay was great. Communication with the hosts was everything necessary and nothing more. Check-in and check-out processes were simple. Great location, near to all things we wanted to do. “We got together for my 40th and this house was perfect for gaming and hanging out. Huge TVs for Halo, giant table for boardgames, wonderful deck for hanging out and plenty of beds. The only issue was the smoke detectors went off in the middle of the night! But I don't blame the host for this issue as I've had it happen to me at home”

“This property is beautiful! So much privacy. We love animals, and enjoyed the back yard views. We saw deer, bunnies, turkeys, groundhogs, hawks and more. Very comfortable. ”

“The hosts were bery helpful, the property could have been alot cleanier as well as inside the home. There were spider webs, all corners and behind furniture was not clean and extrenely dusty. The outdoors can really use a clean up as well as some bug control, there were a ton of bugs. We walked around with no socks and our feet were black after 5 minutes. Overall it was nice, there is absolutley no service for 30 minutes each way. Listing could be alittle more accurate. We thought we”

“It was a magical Father’s Day weekend at the lake cabin. I surprised my husband so he can go fishing on the lake and he had a blast. We traveled with our 14 month old baby and it was a great place for him as well. The living room is large and open and he was able to run around and play with his toys. The cabin was super clean and accommodating, perfect for our family of three. The view is beautiful and calming. Communication with the host was fast. I give it 5 stars! ”

“We spent a couple of nights with a child, looking to get some quiet time in nature. We were able to enjoy every minute of it, and didnt even have time to make use of all the amenities that the house and surroundings offer.The pond, the trail, the birds, the table in front of the creek, the deer, the pitfire, ...The house is modern, warm, tastefully decorated and has everything you need.The host was very responsive and attentive and made us feel very welcome, we really felt at home and taken care……

“We stayed at this retreat in the woods for a 3 day concert run at Bethel Woods. It was clean, quite & close to the venue. The yard was huge and we spent lots of time at the fire pit. Our favorite beach on the Delaware River was only 12 minuets away so we spent our days river side. Plenty of parking and the host was very helpful with our questions. We will definitely be rebooking!”
