“The overall experience was very good. There are a few minor things that would have helped the stay be better. The heat was great as long as you follow the instructions of keeping doors closed. But the Hot water was luck/warm the entire 4 days. A list of things already deficient in the house would have been helpful. Indicating how the light switch works and labeling them to what they turn on. microwave did not work, the liquid dish detergent dispenser is broken, the arm chair in the living room……

“We had a wonderful stay at Hunters property. Check in and walkthrough process with the property manager was easy. The house has plenty of space, 2 TV rooms, large kitchen and sitting room and a separate dining area. We traveled with friends, our 16 year old and our 1 year toddler. There was enough activities for everyone to enjoy. The basement has a gym, pool table, ping pong and a sauna. We look forward to coming back in the summer when the pool is open. “The house was booked for a total of 11 folks including my special needs son for a family reunion at my uncle’s house in Milford PA. Upon entering the house, you had to walk up 4 steps to the kitchen. The urine smell from a pet was still in the air. Spider webs, dirty walls and a sign saying “do not use oven” were the first things you seen when entering the kitchen.
