“The house was immaculate and exactly as described in the listing. There are so many incredible amenities in the home (and the yard) as well as within the community that you don't even have to leave, but there are also great things to do close by. The owner was extremely responsive throughout our stay and helpful with even minor questions that we had. Would highly recommend staying in this incredible property!”

“Completely redone/new. We think it may have just been done, because there were sparse kitchenware. Enough for two, and we managed to cook, but definitely needs an upgrade as far as pots, pans, utensils and dishware. Keep in mind there is no yard, so if you bring pets plan on going to Hopatcong State Park (three minute drive) to walk them. Also, it’s on a hill and the dock and lake are only accessible by many steep steps. ”

“We rented this house during a dance competition that was being held at a local high school. The competition was about 15 minutes away so this location fit perfectly. Upon checking into the house, we were very surprised at the amount of steps to get to the house and that that was not listed initial listing. Be wary if you have trouble navigating stairs this will be a difficult home for you. Additionally, the bed situation with the home was listed a bit confusing. This home has three full-size……

“Stayed here as a family of 5 to go skiing nearby. Place is cute and our kids liked the bunk bed room.In winter, the house was really cold and drafty though (standing at kitchen sink, air blows cold onto one’s feet despite having heat on in the house). During our stay, the pipes froze so we didn’t have water for a period of time. The host was responsive and did send a plumber - however he ended up leaving the front door open when he left.. So when we came back to the house after a day out skiing,……

“We loved the property and did not want to leave! The area that it is in was beautiful and we saw a family of deer freely walking through the woods. We did not cook but there was more than enough cookware if you plan on making a big dinner! My only complaint was bugs outside but given the location, it can't be helped so I'd recommend a citronella candle. We would definitely stay there again!”
