“Vi hadde et flott opphold og opplevde at vi fikk mye for pengene. Virkelig vennlige og hjelpsomme ansatte, rent og ryddig, god service, beste kaffi på frokosten og fantastisk med gratis solsengeplass på strandområdet rett utenfor hotellet. Kommer gjerne tilbake ☺️”

“I had a short trip to explore Durres and stumbled upon this hotel! They just opened and it’s so nice to stay in a hotel where you feel valued as a customer. Everyone was so attentive to my needs. The hotel is modern and sleek. Everything you need is within walking distance! Two cute cafes next door. I hope to return one day! As a solo traveler from California I felt safe. Thank you to all the staff for your amazing hospitality.”

“Läget kan inte vara bättre. Mitt i centrum av strandpromenaden, en bit ut i havet med fantastisk vy över havet för såväl soluppgång som solnedgång. Personlig service, god mat och rum med balkong mot havet. Bland de trevligaste boenden jag haft.”

“Mycket bra hotell. 2 min till stranden. Låg vid huvudgatan med många restauranger, nära till busshållplats. Mysigt och bra familjehotell, man kände sig välkommen. Pool på taket där det serverades en god frukost. Ägarna av hotellet var mycket vänliga. Vi anlände sent på natten. Det var inga problem, vi hade ringt hotellet innan och sagt vi kommer sent. Vi återkommer gärna hit igen. ”

“Then we arrived at the hotel, the two girls in the reception told us, that we had cancelled the reservation, which we didnt. It was a mistake between them and Expedia. But they didnt care at all, and if we didnt insist they were wrong, we had to pay yet one more time. Afterwards the hotel did not match the description and four star spa expectation. The spa was closed. We had several issues and broken things in our room, that we told the reception, but they didnt care at all, and none of it was……
